The home went on sale in 1978 for $59,900, and was sold to the Collins family for $58,500. In 1994, it was on sale again, and sold for $175,000 the following year by the Collins to Joseph & Lillian Johnston. Near the end of the Johnstons' residency, the house was in disrepair and was decrepit. Instead of refurbishment, the land was sold to contractor Rick Fuller for $305,000, who tore down the home and constructed two new ones on the property. The home was sold in 2013 for $649,900.
